Venue:  Blue Mountains Grammar School, 3 Matcham Avenue, Wentworth Falls NSW 2782.  It is approximately1½ hours drive from Sydney CBD.  There is ample free parking within the school grounds.

Cancellations before 1st August 2022 will incur a fee of $10.  After this date, cancellations and any refunds will be at the discretion of the Convention Committee.

 

If the Convention is cancelled due to Covid restrictions,a  full refund will be given.

 

Convention Packs: Convention packs will be available for collection at the venue on Friday afternoon at 3pm-5pm, then from 7pm onwards on Friday night.

 

Dressed Set Parade: Please indicate club interest for Dressed Set Parade on Saturday night on the Registration form.

 

Theme Night:  Step back in time with us to relive the glamour of the 1920s on Sunday night. Our theme is Putting on the Ritz.  Black and gold are our theme colours.  

 

Booth Registration:  Booth space is available to suitable vendors for $50.  (1 table and 2 chairs will be provided).  Please indicate on the registration form if you require booth space.
